The EnerVise initial HVAC report is a manual report the EnerDapt team puts together to give you an overview of how your building equipment is operating. Report includes detailed equipment information including current failures, potential upgrades and EnerVise server setup Return on Investment (ROI).

To obtain an initial report clients need –

  1. 2-years worth of maintenance and energy records
  2. Functioning building automation
    1. Can be antiquated
    2. Does not have to be connected to the Internet
  3. Access to HVAC mechanical engineering as-built drawings or records
