Is the EnerVise server an analytics platform?

The EnerVise server does use analytical algorithms to discover and verify potential HVAC equipment failures. Algorithms are based around industry standards, comparative results and industry standards.

EnerDapt maintains that the term “analytics” are algorithms designed to find HVAC issues and is only a small part of our monitoring service.

Once alarms are discovered the EnerVise server quantifies and prioritizes issues so that non-technical personal can make actionable investments in their equipment with measurable results.

The EnerVise server therefore is a hybrid between current HVAC analytic platforms and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) as it helps to find and track issues automatically to derive life-cycle cost analysis of equipment.
